I HAVE BEEN GOING TO JOSH FOR THREE MONTHS, AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF A FRIEND. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH HIM FOR BOTH MUSCLE STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING.

HE IS WONDERFUL AT LISTENING

AND TAILORING A PROGRAM TO ADDRESS YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. HE IS CLEARLY VERY

KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE HUMAN BODY

AND HOW GROUPS OF MUSCLES WORK TOGETHER. JOSH IS VERY

COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE TO YOUR MESSAGES.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSH FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER AND/OR MASSAGE NEEDS!

Being an out of shape, undisciplined regarding physical exercise, constantly in pain, overweight “senior citizen” was really starting to get me down. When I was finally ready to do something about it, Josh Zimmerman came to the rescue to be my Personal Trainer.

He first determined what my goals were as well as my personal physical capabilities and limitations and worked with me to establish a plan for long-term benefits.

He has been very professional and encouraging,

extremely knowledgeable in personal training

as well as massage and sports therapy, and non-judgmental. He worked me hard, but not beyond my limits and was very mindful to make sure I did not get injured.

He would phone or text the next day following a work out to check to see how I was feeling. When he did body treatments on me, he knew just where to apply pressure and work out the tight muscles and ease the pain.

Josh is compassionate, respectful, and has a great sense of humor.

I am very happy with Josh’s professional services and have gladly recommended him to my friends. It is a pleasure to work with Josh and I wish him continued success in his future endeavors!

Sincerely,

PO

To begin, I thought his classes were great. He built on each week. Everything we learned we did again the following day or week.

The lessons we could take to the course when we played starting with exercises that we need to do before we play. You may think they are not important but they are part of the system of a routine that you develop for your game. So you start with warm up stretches then your putting routine that you should do before you play. Then the chipping routine you should do before you play. Those three things you can do if you come and practice or before you play.

Also the tips at the driving range helped me in play on the course. As opposed to a private lesson through this program you seen all aspects of the game.

I thought I had been getting deep tissue massages in Salt Lake before meeting Josh. Not only did he have a knowledge of connective muscles, but recommended that I start core strengthening exercises to strengthen muscles and support the skeletal system to aid in reducing low back pain and aiding in the correction of my scoliosis and widows hump.

Weekly massages and

training sessions have greatly improved my posture

and have helped build up the core muscles and upper body strength. Now we are progressing towards twice weekly training sessions along with the weekly massages. The improvements have been gradual as I am learning new routines to do at home.

P.S. I’m a 78-year old male who had never stepped foot in a gym before and my exercise program had been limited to pushing a loaded shopping cart around Costco.
